Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
At EmbroInk, we ensure that every order reaches its destination efficiently and reliably. Our shipping methods are selected to best suit the product and destination, providing optimal delivery times and tracking options.
Domestic Shipping (Canada): For products shipped within Canada, we primarily use Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and FedEx. Our standard delivery times are between 3-7 working days on average. During peak seasons, such as the Christmas season and Father’s Day, please allow an additional 2-5 working days due to increased demand.
U.S. Shipping: For items shipped to the United States, we utilize services like UPS, DHL Ecommerce, and FedEx. Standard shipping times for U.S. deliveries range from 5-10 working days. Tracking updates begin once the package enters the U.S. logistics system.
International Shipping: For international shipments, we employ DHL Ecommerce and FedEx Cross Border to ensure your package is handled with care. Average shipping times for international orders vary between 7-21 working days depending on the destination. Tracking information is provided from the point of dispatch in Calgary, Canada.
Below is a list of the major regions and respective countries where we offer shipping:
- Europe: Including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, and Poland.
- Asia: Major destinations include India, Japan, South Korea, and Malaysia.
- Australia and New Zealand: Comprehensive coverage across both territories.
- South America: Key countries include Chile and Argentina.
- Africa: Including South Africa, Egypt, and Morocco.
Exclusions: Due to various logistical challenges such as customs delays and tracking issues, we currently do not ship to certain countries. Below is the full list of those countries that we don’t ship to:

Expedited Shipping Options: For urgent deliveries, we offer expedited shipping options that reduce transit time. These services are available upon request and may incur additional charges based on the speed and destination of the shipment.
